Our Niece Scarlett - 6th Birthday
The decoupage is from the Me to You bear kit from Docrafts. I mounted it on to textured cardstock from the Papermania capsule collection (Sizzling Red Hot) which I then cut with the spellbinder's lattice rectangle.
